Store Key Support – As a senior team member, support opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring the store is secure, organized, and ready to serve guests. Qualifications High school diploma required. 1–2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred, particularly in a consultative, customer‑focused wireless environment. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items. Ability to move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise when necessary. Pay & Benefits Wage: $19.00–$20.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission. Base salary range: $42,000–$47,250, adjusted for location and experience. Competitive base pay with potential for shift differential, overtime, and bonus pay.
