Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads and guide clients through the buying or selling process
- Conduct consultations, showings, and open houses
- Prepare and manage contracts and transaction documents
- Follow up consistently to convert prospects into clients
- Provide market insights and professional recommendations
- Match clients with properties that fit their needs and goals
Qualifications
- Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Knowledge of the local market or willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
