Physician Assistant

Seeking 2-3 Physician Assistants for a well-established outpatient Internal Medicine practice in Southwest Washington. Role & Responsibilities Provide 100% outpatient internal medicine care in a supportive team environment Enjoy a 4-day workweek with no weekend hours for optimal work-life balance Collaborate with a stable group of 6 physicians and 4 APPs Participate in pain management with physician support and prescribing opportunities Qualifications & Skills Licensed or eligible PA with interest in outpatient internal medicine Strong communication and patient-care skills Excellent team player with a collaborative mindset New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive training and mentoring Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $135,000 plus signing bonus, loan repayment, CME, and production bonus Full benefits package including malpractice coverage Relocation assistance of $5,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
