Key Responsibilities Lead SAP TM implementation, enhancement, rollout, and optimization initiatives across domestic and global transportation operations. Serve as the SAP TM functional lead for transportation planning, freight execution, carrier collaboration, and logistics optimization. Define transportation management strategy aligned with business and supply chain objectives. Provide thought leadership around SAP TM best practices and emerging transportation technologies. SAP Event Management SAP Business Network for Logistics SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Support integration with: Transportation Management Systems EDI APIs GPS Tracking Platforms Third-party logistics providers (3PLs) Lead large enterprise SAP TM implementations from blueprint through hypercare. Manage project scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams. Facilitate design workshops and solution reviews. Lead testing strategy including SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing. Oversee cutover planning and production deployment. Drive organizational change management and user adoption. Supply Chain Optimization Partner with logistics and supply chain teams to improve: Transportation costs On-Time Delivery (OTD) Shipment consolidation Transportation planning efficiency Route optimization Transportation KPIs Leadership Lead SAP TM consultants and business analysts. Collaborate with executive leadership on transportation strategy. Build relationships with logistics partners and vendors. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) experience. 5+ years leading SAP implementation projects. Experience implementing SAP TM in

environments. Strong knowledge of transportation planning and logistics operations. Experience with global transportation networks. Deep understanding of freight management and carrier collaboration. Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
