Senior Information Security Analyst

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• I hold a Bachelor’s degree or I have 4+ years of additional professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• I have at least 2 years of experience in a helpdesk, customer service, or IT support position.
• I possess a basic understanding of IT concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
• I am familiar with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) or I am willing to learn.
• I have experience handling sensitive information, such as Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
• I am comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• I exhibit strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:

• I assist in processing updates to personal identity information (PII) in DEERS and provide support for Common Access Cards (CAC), tokens, and PIN resets.
• I deliver front-line support to users through helpdesk channels, ensuring a favorable customer experience.
• I monitor and respond to service tickets in systems like JIRA and ServiceNow related to access and identity requests.
• I escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining ownership of initial support interactions.
• I support documentation and reporting requirements related to user access and credentials.
• I am available to work between 6:00 AM ET and 5:00 PM ET with varying shifts.

This entry-level position provides vital Tier 1 customer support for identity services in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications:

Security Clearance:
