This is a remote position; candidates must be comfortable traveling to each store location. This position will require you to drive your personal vehicle 55 miles per day in your assigned territory. Mileage may vary. No car allowance is provided, but mileage will be reimbursed at 62 cents per mile. A Part-Time role as a Territory Sales Associate (TSA) is a great way for a relationship-oriented person to flex their selling skills while representing some of the biggest brands in America. Our TSAs will sell and insure best in class merchandising to include building displays, increasing distribution of our top-selling items, and replenishing permanent secondary displays. Work Schedule This position is considered "Continuous Part-Time" working 20‑25 hours per week. On average, a TSA will visit between 6‑10+ accounts per day. The role offers flexible schedules to meet territory needs and key decision-makers’ availability. Workday should overlap core hours of 6:00am to 4:00pm, Monday‑Friday, unless otherwise required. This position offers an hourly starting rate of $15.50‑$18.50 per hour. Major Duties & Responsibilities Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all authorized Hershey Items in the assigned territory. Ensure flawless retail execution of Headquarters Sales and Merchandising Plans. Achieve all merchandising objectives through the effective use of Permanent Secondary Displays and other display vehicles. Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, promotions and all administrative functions. Report daily activities via tablets, submitting upon completion of each day. Manage sales territory, which varies due to size, number of retailers, and location. Job Requirements Valid US state‑issued driver's license. Personal vehicle in sound operating condition. Maintain personal auto insurance: minimum $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage, permitting business use. Residence or willingness to commute within the specified territory boundaries. Ability to drive long distances for multiple sales calls daily. Ability to lift 10‑40 lbs regularly. Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and demonstrate manual dexterity frequently. Ability to use tablet technology. Daily access to wireless internet. Flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage. Availability to work 20‑25 hours per week.
