Flex Nurse Educator - San Francisco, CA

IQVIA seeks a licensed Nurse Educator to deliver remote and in-field patient education across the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding regions. The role involves providing medication training, adherence support, and disease management guidance through multiple platforms while maintaining compliance with program protocols and documentation standards. Candidates must hold an active RN license, possess 5+ years of clinical experience, and be willing to travel up to 50% for territory coverage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education on medication administration and treatment adherence via multiple communication channels
• Provide in-person education and home visits during territory vacancy coverage
• Connect patients to program-approved resources and facilitate dialogue with healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to protocols, and track KPIs and compliance standards
• Collaborate with District Managers on training, onboarding, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing; California RN licensure required for Mountain/Pacific time zones
• Bachelor's degree; BSN preferred
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings
• Proficiency with virtual platforms, documentation systems, MS Office, and iPad technology
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Private designated workspace at home; ability to travel up to 50% for in-field assignments
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills

Compensation: $90,000-$95,000 base annually; bonus eligible
