Senior Clinical Research Associate - Psychiatry (Central US)

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Senior Clinical Research Associate to manage psychiatric research activities at clinical trial sites across the Central U.S. The role involves site selection, regulatory documentation, staff training, and remote monitoring of studies with occasional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Manage research activities and site compliance across clinical trial locations
• Conduct study initiation visits and coordinate regulatory documentation collection
• Train sites on proper data collection and safety event reporting procedures
• Monitor site activities remotely during study execution and coordinate study closeout
• Ensure adherence to informed consent, safety reporting, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
• 4-year university degree or nursing degree
• Psychiatry experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• Superior organizational skills with attention to detail
• Central U.S. residency with willingness to travel regionally

Compensation: $97,000–$193,000 annually
