Shop Helper

Ready to get to work and be part of a team that keeps operations moving? Premium Oilfield Technologies is looking for a dependable and hardworking Shop Helper to join our Midland team!

As a Shop Helper, you'll play an important role in supporting daily shop operations, helping our production teams stay on schedule, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and contributing to the quality of the work we deliver to our customers.

What You'll Do

Assist with daily shop operations and support production needs.
Work alongside the team to help meet production goals and deadlines.
Use basic hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and effectively.
Help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
Follow Premium's safety and quality programs, company policies, and procedures.
Support the team with other shop-related duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
At least 1 year of general shop experience.
Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and related shop equipment.
Ability to safely operate a forklift.
Ability to read and interpret schematics.
Reliable, safety-minded, and willing to be a hands-on team player.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced shop environment.

Physical & Work Environment

This is a hands-on shop position. The role requires the ability to:

Stand, walk, reach, and use hands frequently throughout the workday.
Lift up to 45 pounds.
Work in a shop environment and be exposed to varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
Safely perform physical tasks associated with daily shop operations.
