Job Summary: Collects venous and capillary blood from inpatients and outpatients on site and off site. Processes specimens to be sent to reference labs. Cleans and stocks pick-up carts and trays. Orders lab tests in the computer. Receives laboratory specimens. Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates specific specimen collection skills as listed and in accordance with the laboratory assistant manual.
