About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Colon & Rectal Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:30 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Valid state nursing license required Certifications: None specified Must-Have: Epic experience required Description: Post-surgical setting caring for patients who have undergone colorectal and urologic surgery. You will work closely with Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurses for ostomy and wound care needs. Care for post-operative patients with TPN, NG tubes, and central lines. No block schedule or requests for 48-hour shifts. Competency testing is required within 24 hours of submission. Ensure an up-to-date email is provided at the time of submission. Candidates with a minimum of one year of experience in a 600+ bed academic hospital with passing competency testing score will be considered. Candidates with two years of experience do not require testing. Navy blue scrubs are required. This position is for a vacant role in need of coverage.
