About the Delaney Agency
\nThe Delaney Agency is a life insurance and financial services agency based in Asheville, North Carolina. We help families protect their income, their homes and the people they love, and we develop the most impactful leaders in the industry.
\n \nNo cold calling. No door knocking. You'll work only with individuals who have already asked for help.
\n \nAbout the Role
\nThis is a client-first sales role. The people you speak with have already shown interest in coverage. Your job is to set appointments, listen and help them choose what's right for their family. All work is remote, by phone or Zoom, and backed by industry leading training, mentorship and a step-by-step process.
\n \nResponsibilities
\n• Follow up with people who requested information
\n• Meet clients by phone or Zoom
\n• Explain coverage options in plain language and help clients apply
\n• Keep in touch with clients over time
\n• Join weekly training and coaching sessions
\n \nQualifications
\n• Experience in 1099 or entrepreneurial environments, customer service, teaching, healthcare, retail, hospitality or sales is helpful, not required
\n• The ability to learn scripts and grow in our communication
\n• Ability to use a computer and simple online tools
\n• Work ethic, character, and coach-ability. Do you stand out?

\n• A reliable phone, computer and internet connection
\n• Willing to get a state life insurance license (course and exam fees are yours; we guide you through each step)
\n• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
\n \nWhat We Offer
