Position Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise, support, and mentor resident managers across multiple properties.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational efficiency and property compliance.
- Address resident concerns and assist with the resolution of tenant issues.
- Monitor occupancy, property appearance, and overall site performance.
- Ensure resident managers are following company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with leasing, move-ins, move-outs, and resident retention initiatives as needed.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel and vendors to address property needs.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and communicate property updates to management.
- Provide training and guidance to resident managers to support successful property operations.
- Previous property management experience is required.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel between sites.
- Frequent travel to property locations is required.
- Travel time may range from 1 to 3 hours several days per week.
- Mileage reimbursement is provided for work-related travel.
