A pharmacist opportunity is available in Draper, UT, within a dynamic non-sterile compounding mail order facility. This direct hire role offers the chance to contribute to an evolving pharmacy environment currently dispensing approximately 1,000 prescriptions daily, staffed by a dedicated team of four pharmacists and three technicians. The pharmacy emphasizes a positive leadership approach focused on cultivating a strong, growth-oriented culture and scaling operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure the accuracy and safety of prescription dispensing, primarily peptides and GLP-1 medications
• Support daily mail order operations within a 503A non-sterile compounding setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve processes and enhance patient care quality
• Contribute to the culture by embodying leadership qualities that inspire and develop team members
• Participate in training and potentially hold the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) role, with initial on-site presence required

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist with experience in non-sterile compounding mail order environments preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workload in a fast-paced setting
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities focused on team growth and positive culture development
• Familiarity with Pioneer Rx system is highly desirable
• Willingness to undergo 4-6 weeks of training in Salt Lake City and travel to the site monthly if assuming a remote PIC role

Location: Draper, Utah
Schedule/Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

This position offers the unique prospect of joining a team ahead of the launch of a new 7,000 sq ft facility scheduled for late in the year, which will expand services to sterile compounding and increase daily prescription capacity to 10,000. Long-term growth plans project a team size of 10 pharmacists and over 15 technicians.
