Trinity Rehab Services is hiring a Occupational Therapy Assistant to work in our skilled nursing facility in the Dover, OH area. You'll join a collaborative, person-centered team with strong onsite support and realistic expectations.

What You'll Do:

Provide OTA services under established plans of care
Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
Complete documentation efficiently and accurately

What We're Looking For:

OH Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) or Pending licensure
New graduates encouraged to apply
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
