Monday-Friday Office setting Full-time opportunities preferred Part-time opportunities available Future work-from-home opportunities may be available after working from the Urbandale office Flexible schedule offered WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR INSURANCE TELEPHONE AUDITOR? Premium audit experience Some finance, accounting, payroll, and/or bookkeeping experience Experience related to financial analysis and/or loan services Administrative skills and office management abilities A higher degree in a field such as accounting, business, mathematics, education, marketing, or business management is highly desired and may be accepted in lieu of experience! Comfort with using computers, technology, and Microsoft programs Effective communication skills (verbal & written) with collaborative interpersonal skills Ability to stay organized, manage your time effectively, and work independently to meet goals Flexibility, attention to detail, and efficient multitasking skills
