About the Role

As an Associate Account Executive, you'll play an important role in helping new and existing customers discover the value of Quore. You'll work with interested prospects, understand their operational needs, deliver engaging product demonstrations, and guide them through the buying process. You'll also help existing customers expand their use of Quore by identifying the right solutions for their evolving needs.

This is a hands-on sales role that blends relationship-building, product expertise, and technology. You'll own inbound sales opportunities from initial conversations through closing, use data and modern sales tools to manage your pipeline, and collaborate with teams across Quore to deliver an exceptional buying experience.

We're looking for someone who is curious, motivated by results, comfortable with technology, and excited to grow their career in SaaS sales.

Work Location

This position is based in our Franklin, Tennessee office and requires working in person four days per week. We ask that candidates apply only if they are willing and able to meet this in-office expectation.

What You'll Do

• Turn interest into opportunity. Respond to inbound inquiries, demo requests, and other qualified leads, engaging prospective customers quickly and thoughtfully to understand their needs and buying priorities.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations. Build a strong understanding of Quore's solutions and confidently demonstrate how our technology solves real operational challenges for hotel teams.
• Own the sales process. Guide prospects through discovery, product evaluation, pricing discussions, objection handling, and closing, creating a positive and efficient experience along the way.
• Grow existing customer relationships. Manage inbound expansion opportunities from current customers, helping them evaluate additional products, services, or properties while collaborating with Account Management as appropriate.
• Build trust through thoughtful conversations. Ask the right questions, listen closely, and connect each customer's goals and challenges to the value Quore can deliver.
• Use technology to work smarter. Leverage Salesforce, AI-powered tools, and automation to manage opportunities, prioritize follow-up, maintain accurate sales records, and improve productivity.
• Own your results. Manage your sales pipeline, maintain visibility into opportunities and forecasts, and consistently work toward individual sales and performance goals.
• Help us get better. Share customer feedback, identify opportunities to improve our sales processes, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to strengthen the customer experience.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role, preferably within SaaS or another technology-driven business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead conversations, ask thoughtful questions, and explain solutions clearly.
• A natural ability to build rapport, earn trust, and understand customer needs while guiding conversations toward a successful outcome.
• A results-driven mindset, with the motivation to meet goals, take ownership of opportunities, and continuously improve your performance.
• Comfort learning and demonstrating technology, including the ability to understand product functionality and explain its practical value to customers.
• Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities, maintain responsiveness, and keep accurate records.
• Experience using CRM systems and digital productivity tools, with an interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve how you work.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a collaborative, growing SaaS environment.

Bonus Experience

• Experience selling SaaS products, including conducting product demonstrations and managing opportunities through closing.
• Familiarity with Salesforce for lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting.
• Experience using AI-powered tools or sales automation to improve productivity, customer engagement, or pipeline management.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, hospitality technology, or the hospitality industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
