CRM Product Manager

DescriptionThis role is responsible for translating enterprise CRM strategy into actionable domain and value-stream roadmaps, managing business stakeholders, and ensuring every release delivers measurable business value. The Product Manager sits between strategic intent and execution owning end-to-end process design for assigned domains, driving investment prioritization, and coaching Product Owners and Product Leads to elevate overall team performance. This is a high-visibility, high-accountability role for an experienced product professional who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, technology delivery, and stakeholder alignment.Product Vision & StrategyTranslate the enterprise CRM vision into clear, executable domain and value-stream strategiesMaintain a deep understanding of business priorities and technology capabilities to inform product directionPartner with the Product Director to align domain strategy to multi-year enterprise roadmap goalsArticulate the 'why' behind product decisions to stakeholders, delivery teams, and executive audiencesRoadmap OwnershipOwn the domain or value-stream roadmap end-to-end, including sequencing, dependencies, and milestonesEnsure roadmap priorities reflect a balanced view of business value, technical risk, and delivery capacityMaintain roadmap currency and communicate changes proactively to stakeholders and delivery teamsCollaborate with Product Owners to bridge domain roadmap intent to sprint-level executionInvestment & Priority DecisionsRecommend prioritization decisions based on business value, risk exposure, and delivery feasibilityDevelop and maintain a structured business case framework to support investment decisionsEngage with stakeholders to validate priorities and secure alignment on trade-off decisionsMonitor value delivery against investment expectations and adjust priorities accordinglyStakeholder & Executive ManagementServe as the primary relationship owner for business stakeholders across assigned domainsFacilitate regular business reviews, roadmap updates, and escalation resolution with leadersBuild strong, trust-based partnerships with technology, data, architecture, and compliance teamsRepresent the product organization in cross-functional forums and strategic planning sessionsBusiness Process OwnershipOwn end-to-end process design for CRM domains under managementEnsure process designs align to enterprise standards while meeting line-of-business operational needsIdentify and drive process improvement opportunities surfaced through delivery, data analysis, or stakeholder feedbackPartner with operational SMEs and business analysts to document and validate process designsDelivery AccountabilityAccountable for delivery outcomes across releases within assigned domainsMonitor delivery health across Product Owner-led sprint teams and escalate risks proactivelyEnsure release readiness through milestone tracking, scope management, and cross-team coordinationReview and accept release-level deliverables to confirm alignment to strategic intentBacklog ManagementOversee backlog health, alignment, and quality across owned domainsDefine backlog grooming standards and ensure Product Owners maintain prioritized, actionable queuesProvide strategic direction on feature prioritization and backlog sequencingValidate that backlog items reflect the right level of business, technical, and compliance detailData & Platform StewardshipEnsure domain deliverables align to enterprise data and architecture standardsChampion data quality, platform governance, and scalability considerations in all product decisionsPartner with data and architecture teams to review and approve data design decisionsEscalate systemic data quality or platform compliance issues to the Product DirectorRisk, Controls & ComplianceEnsure product requirements address applicable risk, control, and compliance obligationsPartner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to identify and resolve regulatory requirementsMonitor delivery to confirm that controls are properly embedded into features and user acceptance criteriaRepresent the product team in regulatory, audit, and controls review forums as neededChange, Adoption & EnablementOwn the release-level enablement plan including training, communication, and adoption milestonesMeasure and track feature adoption post-launch and drive corrective action where adoption falls shortPartner with change management resources to ensure business readiness for each releaseBuild success metrics for enablement and report outcomes to stakeholdersPeople & Team LeadershipCoach, mentor, and develop Product Owners and Product Leads within the CRM product organizationConduct regular one-on-ones, provide actionable feedback, and support career growth planningFoster a high-performance team culture decisionsRequirements7+ years of experience in product management, business strategy, delivery leadership, or a related roleBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field or equivalent professional experience; MBA preferredDemonstrated experience managing CRM products or platforms; Salesforce experience strongly preferredProven track record of owning a product roadmap and delivering outcomes against strategic business objectivesExperience managing stakeholder relationships across business and technology organizationsStrong analytical skills with the ability to build business cases, interpret KPIs, and drive data-informed decisionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills able to influence and present to executive audiencesDeep understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and experience leading cross-functional product teamsWorking knowledge of data architecture, platform integrations, and enterprise technology ecosystemsFamiliarity with risk, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75.00 - $95.00/hr.
