L.L.Bean’s Old Orchard Retail Store in Skokie, IL is seeking a Store Team Leader for Retail Merchandising to drive sales, lead the team, and ensure the legendary customer experience.
This role requires 2+ years of retail experience, an associate degree, strong organizational and leadership skills, POS/Excel knowledge, and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays. The starting pay ranges from $20.70 to $25.87 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package.
