Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Projected Start: July 6, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for an assigned caseload of 10–13 patients per shift
• Provide gait training, therapeutic exercises, and therapeutic activities in an acute care inpatient setting
• Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner using the Meditech documentation system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Utilize equipment including walkers, crutches, braces, and wheelchairs as appropriate for patient treatment
• Meet an 8–10 patient productivity requirement per 8-hour shift

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license (required prior to start)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Ability to quickly adapt to unit workflows and learn new documentation systems

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel therapy experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience with Meditech documentation system
• Ability to function independently and integrate quickly into a fast-paced acute care environment
