Warehouse Service Provider

Provide warehousing service including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

Essential Job Functions:

• Follow safety, quality and operational procedures.
• Work efficiently to process customer orders - using pick lists to pull material according to customers' requirements, correctly applying shipping labels (picking, loading, labeling, shipping, etc.).
• Move material by forklift in/out of trucks and placing it in inventory.
• Work efficiently and effectively with co-workers to accomplish daily tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Receive product and store in warehouse properly via forklift and SAP.
• Cycle counting, quality inspections, operating sweeper scrubber, handling returnable pallets, etc. as required.
• Continuously seeks ways to improve performance of our facility's operation and ensures that customers' (both internal and external) needs are surpassed. Adhere to the quality system.
• Handle hazardous materials- unloading and loading and preparing materials for shipment ( including the correct marking and labels).
• Perform all other duties as assigned. (Note: these duties will be deemed essential or marginal based on content.)

Regular attendance is essential for satisfactory performance in this position.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: 3 years in a shipping, receiving, and warehousing environment

Special Qualifications:

Basic MS Office knowledge (Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point) are required.

Good verbal and written communication skills are required.

Good written and verbal, and math aptitude.

Forklift training/certification.

Work well under "time constraints" and "under pressure."

DOT Hazardous Materials by Ground Certification.

Work Conditions: Office environment/Warehouse environment. Some exposure to dirt, heat, noise, fumes, etc. Frequent standing, walking, and handling moderate to heavy weights. Low degree of hazard associated with the job.
