NOW HIRING: ON-SITE MANAGER – MIAMI LAKES, FL

We are seeking a highly professional, dependable, and bilingual On-Site Manager to support a leading manufacturing corporation located in Miami Lakes, FL .

This is a leadership position responsible for building strong relationships with department managers while serving as a key point of contact and resource for approximately 450 associates .

Position Details

• Location: Miami Lakes, FL
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Shift: 3:00 PM–12:30 AM
• Compensation: Salary + Commission
• Drug screening and 7-year national criminal background check required
• Previous employment verification required

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with department managers and company leadership
• Assist employees with orientation and onboarding
• Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, PTO requests, and other employment-related matters
• Maintain accurate documentation and employee records
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
• Provide excellent customer service and employee support
• Serve as a positive role model and leader for approximately 450 associates
• Communicate effectively with employees and management in both English and Spanish
• Work closely with management to address employee needs and maintain a positive working environment

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• Excellent grammar and professional communication skills
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn/use various systems
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Previous management, supervisory, staffing, HR, or employee-relations experience strongly preferred
• Extremely professional and trustworthy
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
