Operations Manager

Title: General Manager

Shift: First shift, Monday - Friday with some flexible Saturday hours (6 am - 11 am)

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 annually.

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee approximately 28 employees, including office staff

• Have final say in operations, consulting with company owners

• Manage the shop superintendent

• Be involved in HR functions such as raises alongside the superintendent

• Maintain quality and on-time delivery in a precision manufacturing environment

• Communicate effectively with customers

• Provide operational leadership

• Interact frequently with employees on the shop floor

General Manager Reporting Relationships:

This position will report to the company owner. The General Manager will manage the shop superintendent and oversee about 28 employees.

• Possess a combination of manufacturing and office management experience

• Demonstrate flexibility to handle various responsibilities, including HR and customer interaction

• Function autonomously and take full ownership of business operations

• Communicate effectively with leadership

• Be motivated to keep the company running smoothly

• Have experience in precision manufacturing, focusing on quality and on-time delivery of tight tolerance parts

• Be a company-focused individual willing to take the reins and manage independently
