Job Description\n American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Tulsa, Oklahoma.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: 10/05/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 40 hours per week\n Shift: 10 hours, days\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n Assignment Overview\n \n Shift: Days, 4x10hrs\n Hours: 40 hrs/wk\n Start Date: Oct 5, 2026\n Length: 13 weeks\n Openings: 1\n Description\n American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Cath Lab position requiring 1 year of experience and BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.Details\n \n Cath Lab unit within a hospital setting\n Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts scheduled 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM\n Overnight, weekend, and holiday call required\n Epic charting system required\n Floating to like units within scope may be required based on facility needs, with brief unit orientation provided\n Requirements\n \n Active OK or Compact RN license required at time of consideration\n BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required in hand at time of consideration\n Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience required\n EP experience a plus\n Epic charting experience required\n Skills in ACT monitoring, sheath removal/monitoring, 12-lead EKG/ECG, dysrhythmia interpretation/management, and vascular studies/procedures\n Experience with cardiac cath lab procedures including diagnostic and interventional catheterizations, PCI, and cardiac stent placement\n Experience administering and monitoring procedural sedation and related medications (antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, vasopressors, thrombolytics, reversal agents)\n Additional Information\n \n Provide nursing care within the Cath Lab, supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures\n Duties may include circulating procedures, monitoring procedural sedation, and managing vascular closure devices\n First-time travelers are welcome to apply\n Former permanent staff must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler\n No more than 3 days of RTO will be auto-approved, and no RTO is permitted during the first week of orientation\n Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not accepted for this position\n Travel pairs or groups are not accepted\n \n \n American Traveler Job ID #P-741459.
