Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist

Natera seeks an Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist to support oncology product sales and service across Montana, Wyoming, and Spokane. The role focuses on maintaining customer relationships, monitoring patient adherence to testing protocols, and identifying workflow improvements to enhance patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Support assigned Clinical Oncology Specialist in growing and maintaining existing customer accounts
- Monitor patient testing adherence to prescribed protocols and coordinate follow-up care
- Build relationships with oncology practice personnel to facilitate unit growth and retention
- Assess customer needs and provide logistical support and problem resolution
- Educate medical professionals on Natera oncology products and test order management tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree with 4+ years relevant experience acceptable
- Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison, or nursing background in oncology
- Alternatively, minimum 2 years medical sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational abilities
