Operating Room Registered Nurse

Location: Cleveland, OH

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Job Description: The Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for the coordination of patient care in the operating room environment. The RN will ensure quality and safety for patients undergoing surgical procedures, actively participating in the surgical team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the operating room.
• Assist surgeons during surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes to the surgical team.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent operating room nursing experience.
• A valid and active Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand.
• Current certifications in ACLS and BLS.
• Previous scrubbing experience is preferred.
