Geriatrics Physician | Klamath Falls, OR

We are hiring a Geriatrics Physician to provide outpatient care focused on elderly patients, emphasizing chronic disease management and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care for geriatric patients
• Manage chronic conditions, polypharmacy, and age-related illnesses
• Conduct cognitive, functional, and preventive assessments
• Coordinate care with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation

Requirements:

• MD/DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Geriatrics or Internal/Family Medicine
• Active/eligible Oregon license
• 2+ years geriatric or outpatient care experience preferred
