Program Manager

Program Manager at Devereux oversees group home operations, staff, program development, and ensures quality care for residents. Location & Salary Location: Eatontown, NJ. Salary: $58,000–$68,000 annually. Responsibilities Plans and implements the occupational, recreational, social and other developmental plans designed for each individual in their care. Responsible for ensuring the internal and external facilities of the program are maintained to present Devereux as a good neighbor and welcomed member of the community. Responsible for all staff within their assigned program(s) including hiring, performance management, attendance management, payroll accuracy and training compliance of each team member. Ensure all shifts within the program are adequately covered. Supervise the planning, implementation, and documentation of programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of our individuals. Plan and participate in group outings for our individuals. Manage the shopping for the home’s necessities, such as food, clothing, and household items. Schedule and transport our individuals to doctor’s appointments, shopping trips, and day programs/schools. Qualifications Having a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED. Bachelor’s in a related field preferred. A valid non-provisional driver’s license. Ability to attend ten days of paid on‑site orientation on weekdays. One year of supervisory experience in a child/adult behavioral health care agency. Two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities in a community setting preferred.
