Front Desk Lead

As a Front Desk Lead at Daly Seven, you will do more than just check guests in. Working closely with our Front Office Management team, you will ensure daily operations run seamlessly, tackle complex guest inquiries with grace, and set the gold standard for service and professionalism. If you love variety, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to take the next step in your hospitality leadership career, we want to hear from you!What You’ll DoTeam Leadership & DevelopmentDirectly supervise, lead, and train front desk staff, fostering a positive work environment built on teamwork and collaboration.Monitor team performance, conduct meaningful staff meetings/brand training, and collaborate with the General Manager on performance management or disciplinary actions when necessary.Assist in interviewing and recommending exceptional candidates to join our growing team.Champion the Daly Detective Lead Program and rally the team to meet and exceed franchise rewards program enrollment goals.Guest Experience & Daily OperationsWarmly greet guests, establish and manage reservations, and serve as the primary point of contact to resolve complex guest complaints with empathy and professionalism.Master and work all shifts (including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd/Night Audit shifts). You will also serve as a vital operational backup during team call-outs.Smoothly coordinate and handle group bookings.Financial Accountability & Administrative ExcellenceManage Advance Purchases, review weekly financials, and confidently handle deposits when management is off-site.Ensure critical Daly Seven reports (such as safe counts, shift counts, and key logs) are completed accurately and signed.Conduct monthly inspections of up to 25% of guest rooms to assist the General Manager with property upkeep (where approved).Actively monitor safety measures and participate in safety meetings to protect our guests and team.Leadership SupportStep up to handle basic management tasks and be available by phone for emergencies when off-property.Complete all required Daly Seven, Inc. and franchise training to stay sharp on brand standards.Prior hotel brand experience and/or customer service experience preferred.Excellent verbal and written skills.Computer proficiency.Ability to stand for an extended period of time, lift up to 10 pounds, bend, stoop, and regularly go up and down stairs.ScheduleThe schedule for the Front Desk Lead will include nights, weekends and holidays, and may vary. The schedule is subject to change based on demand and the needs of the hotel.
