Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role is designed exclusively for licensed Occupational Therapists and does not require supervision of COTAs. As the sole OT, you will be empowered to initiate and implement individualized treatment plans, directly contribute to IEP teams, and enjoy a hands-on approach within the school community.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active OT license for the state
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Ability to design and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to a collaborative, student-centered approach

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students according to their IEPs and teacher/parent referrals
• Develop and update customized treatment plans and progress reports
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and IEP development
• Conduct assessments and recommend adaptive equipment or classroom modifications as needed
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all school and district guidelines
