Associate Principal, Strategic Finance

To drive growth in Airbnb's homes supply, the full-time salaried Associate Principal, Strategic Finance will partner with senior leaders to provide financial analysis, performance tracking, and strategic recommendations, while working in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with business partners on annual and quarterly planning to align financial and strategic goals Support strategic projects to optimize operational efficiency and ensure alignment with business objectives Provide actionable financial insights through reporting and analytics, presenting findings to senior leadership Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in FP&A or business strategy, preferably in strategic finance, investment banking, or management consulting B.A. or B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus Proven experience in P&L management, revenue forecasting, and financial modeling Strong strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize financial data Proficiency in using AI to enhance financial processes and reporting
