About the Role:
Join our vibrant team at Little Learners Child Care Center as a Toddler Teacher! In this rewarding role, you will nurture and inspire young minds in a safe, engaging environment, helping them develop essential skills.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for toddlers.
Observe and assess childrens progress and provide feedback to parents.
Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive learning experience.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom that fosters learning.
Encourage positive behavior and conflict resolution among toddlers.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

DEEC certification
Experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
Passion for early childhood education and child development.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
Background check clearance as per state regulations.
