$85,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore upper extremity function for our patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies to enhance recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment modifications.
• Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest hand therapy techniques and practices.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive clinic environment by sharing insights and fostering teamwork.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and tailor interventions accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Current and active license to practice in the state of New Mexico.

• Experience in hand therapy (CHT certification is preferred but not required).

• Experience in hand therapy or a related field, with a focus on upper extremity rehabilitation.

• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with patient goals.

• Proven track record of collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

• Strong communication skills to educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies.

• Proficiency in maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment modifications.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest hand therapy techniques.

• Ability to conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and tailor interventions accordingly.
