El Especialista en Apoyo Residencial del Centro Providence Women's Road to Recovery brinda servicios y apoyo centrados en la persona en entornos residenciales para individuos con necesidades de salud conductual. Capacitan a los clientes para desarrollar habilidades y alcanzar el nivel más alto posible de independencia. El Especialista en Apoyo Residencial de Women's Road to Recovery es responsable de garantizar la seguridad de los clientes y el personal, iniciar informes de incidentes, realizar simulacros de emergencia, proporcionar transporte a citas, mantener registros de clientes y monitorear la automedicación. El puesto requiere educación de secundaria o GED, experiencia con la población de uso de sustancias, una licencia de conducir válida, registro, inspección y automóvil asegurado, destreza manual, movilidad y disponibilidad los sábados y domingos de 7 a 3:30 p.m. El Especialista en Apoyo Residencial en Women's Road to Recovery es responsable de proporcionar apoyo y cuidado a individuos en un entorno residencial. Las tareas incluyen tareas básicas de computación, documentación en registros médicos, seguir instrucciones, mantener profesionalismo, trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo, y ser flexible con los horarios.
