Key Responsibilities of the Radiation Therapist - Interventional Radiology

• Provide quality patient care in relation to the patient's prescribed diagnosis, treatment, age group, development, and other identified needs
• Perform all duties relating to the administration of a prescribed course of Radiation Therapy
• Operate specialized X-ray equipment as prescribed by the physician
• Keep treatment records and prepare operational reports as required
• Maintain, store, and order supplies and equipment

Requirements of the Radiation Therapist - Interventional Radiology

• Associate Degree
• MRT License in the state of TX
• RRT License in the state of TX
• BLS (AHA only)
• RADTH ARRT
