Senior Architect

Senior Architect Join to apply for the Senior Architect role at Career Collective . Base pay range: $100,000 - $170,000 per year . We are seeking a Senior Architect for offices in Nashville, TN; Knoxville, TN; and Duluth, GA. Projects will predominantly include public facilities (recreation, community, infrastructure, and civic), residential and commercial projects across the eastern half of the United States. Responsibilities: Design and review construction of buildings and other structures. Work with clients to understand needs and develop designs that meet those needs, while considering building codes, regulations, and other considerations. Review construction projects and perform inspections to ensure projects are completed to specification. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Architecture. Architectural license in state of practice or current NCARB certification. Completed an internship in a professional office and 8-15 years of professional experience. Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, construction detailing, grading, construction layout materials and common construction document development for commercial and public projects. Ability to coordinate with other design disciplines and skills in client interaction. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and/or other graphics software.
