As a CNA, you'll be a vital part of each resident's day by Assisting with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence Providing personal care according to individualized care plans Supporting residents during meals and dining experiences Building meaningful relationships with residents and families Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition Documenting care accurately in the electronic health record Collaborating with nurses and interdisciplinary team members Maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment Every interaction is an opportunity to make a difference and help residents thrive. Requirements What We Need In A Candidate Must be at least 18 years old Active South Carolina CNA Certification Listed in good standing on the South Carolina Nurse Aide Registry High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Team-oriented mindset and commitment to excellence We care for our team so they can care for others.
