As the Dishwasher, you'll ensure the kitchen, dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized and still be home in time to enjoy your evening.Dishwasher Overview:Performs general cleaning of the dish machine and surrounding areas. This includes routinely cleaning all dishes, utensils, pots, pans and food preparation equipmentWashes, rinses and sanitizes all dishes, pots, pans, inserts and utensils.Maintains and becomes knowledgeable of all chemicals, sanitizers and detergents used in this area.Maintains and records proper documentation of temperatures and sanitizer readings on wash and rinse cycles.Places clean dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and cooking equipment in proper place after dishwasher cycle is complete.Empties and washes trash cans and carries refuse to dumpsters. Participates in the departmental cleaning and recycling programSweeps and mops dish room/kitchen floor.Observes all safety regulations, community policies and rules.Responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchenEvery other weekend and every other holiday hours required16+ years of ageAt Living Branches, a community with a 5-star CMS rating, our roots run deep!
