Fund Accounting Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Fund Accounting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $120,000 to $125,000 per year. Responsibilities Oversee accounting for investment funds, including maintaining records and preparing consolidated financial statements. Review transactions, cash activity, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and proper documentation. Coordinate capital activity such as funding requests, distributions, and financing arrangements. Analyze valuation inputs and provide feedback on changes in asset values and performance. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support reporting, audits, and process improvements. Requirements A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. 3+ years of accounting experience with exposure to investment or real estate environments. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes. Previous experience working with joint venture structures or fund level accounting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel for financial analysis. Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication skills for working with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
