Fire Maintenance Agreement Sales Representative

What You Will Do We need a Service Sales Representative to promote and sell service agreements for commercial building systems products, including fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, sound, communication and inspections. Responsibilities Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of service contracts by scheduling sales calls, following up leads, and using marketing strategies. Develop positive ongoing relationships with customers and determine their needs to create a sales strategy. Close sufficient sales to meet sales plan objectives and maintain an active proposal backlog. Conduct building surveys to support the development of estimates. Maintain accurate and complete records of all sales‑related activities. Submit all required sales reports, expenses, competitive activity, and correspondence accurately and on time. Generate leads for service or equipment/device upgrades to support the service department. Qualifications Required: 5 years of B2B sales experience, including service or intangible, technical products. Ability to prospect, qualify, solution‑sell, and close deals. Proficient in Windows and Oracle systems. Strong communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills. Minimum 5 years of B2B track record with sales quota performance. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, industry or related experience, Salesforce proficiency. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $60,000 to $75,000, plus a competitive sales incentive plan based on volume, margin, quarterly and annual performance.
