This position is for an individual that is looking to work with specified account in the bearing sensor industry as assigned by Sales Account Manager. The Customer Support Specialist for Bearing Sensors is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers in the bearing sensor industry. This role requires a blend of technical product knowledge, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position is the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order processing, and technical support, ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry through post-sale support.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate product information, technical support, and guidance on bearing sensor applications.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity.
• Order Processing by accurately enter and process customer orders, ensuring all details are correct and orders are fulfilled promptly.
• Quoting and pricing to prepare and deliver accurate price quotes and proposals based on customer requirements.
• Compliance tasks by organizing and maintaining paperwork, follow strict procedures, and ensure compliance with ISO and AS9100 standards/regulations
• Responsible of expediting orders and informing other members of the sales team update information as to the completion of the open Sales order.
• The position will require the Sales Tech to comprehend the use and technical applications of industrial sensors as they apply to customers request.
• Good communication skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northridge, CA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
