Sheehy Toyota of Stafford is seeking Energetic and Motivated Experienced and New to the Industry Sales Consultants. If you have experience in Automotive Sales and are a result-driven team player, who not only want to close the sale, but to turn new buyers into lifetime customers. If you are a 'people person,' that's motivated to succeed, with experience in Retail Sales, Hospitality, or Food/Beverage and have a strong interest in automotive sales, this is an opportunity for you to turn your proven track record of excellent customer service into profits. You wont just sell cars youll learn how the business works. We will train you to be the BEST Sales Consultant. Excellent training provided. Bi-lingual skills are a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons
• Utilize vehicle locator tools to source inventory for customers
• Participate in appraising trade-ins and take initiative in deal structure and customer solutions
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing

Requirements

• Be ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and follow-up skills
• A coachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Outgoing 'people person' passionate about sales and helping clientele.
• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
• Must have a valid driver's license

• Annual Earning Potential $60,000-$100,000+
• Bi-Weekly Base Salary plus Monthly Commission (Flats up to $875 per vehicle or percentage of gross profit up to $1000 per vehicle)
