This is a newly created opportunity created due to dramatic growth within the company.Position SummaryThe Job Cost Analyst will play a critical role in tracking, analyzing, and reporting project costs to ensure accurate financial performance across multiple construction projects. This individual will work closely with project managers, accounting, and operations to monitor budgets, identify variances, and drive cost control initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain job cost reports for multiple active construction projectsAnalyze project budgets vs. actual costs and provide variance analysisPartner with Project Managers to review project financial performance and forecast costs to completionTrack committed costs, subcontractor agreements, and change ordersPrepare monthly WIP (Work-in-Progress) schedulesAssist with revenue recognition and percentage-of-completion accountingIdentify cost overruns, risks, and opportunities for improved profitabilitySupport project billings, AR/collections, and reconciliation of job accountsMaintain integrity of job cost data within ERP/accounting systemsSalary: up to $125,000Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary (commensurate with experience)Performance-based bonus potential and employer funded profit sharing plan.
