Position Summary We are seeking a Project Manager who will design, implement, and maintain Jira workflows, configurations, and process automations to support Agile and project delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Create, configure, and maintain custom Jira workflows, screens, fields, and permissions. Analyze and optimize existing workflows for efficiency, scalability, and business alignment. Build and manage automation rules to streamline repetitive tasks. Configure Jira projects, boards, dashboards, and filters. Manage user roles, groups, and permissions for compliant access. Ensure Jira aligns with Agile/SAFe practices and support integrations with Confluence, Bitbucket, GitHub, Jenkins, and other tools. Develop and maintain clear flow charts, diagrams, and process maps. Document Jira governance standards, best practices, and training materials. Translate business requirements into Jira configurations. Provide Jira expertise, support, and training to end-users. Collaborate with IT and business leaders to ensure Jira evolves with organizational goals. Qualifications Proven experience as a Jira Administrator/Specialist (3+ years). Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, schemes, automation, and reporting. Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Experience integrating Jira with other systems and managing plugins. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Atlassian Jira Administration Certification is a plus.
