Hospice Community Outreach Specialist

Ennoble Care

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice provider serving multiple states. We seek a Full-time Hospice Community Liaison for the Kansas City region to promote services and referrals to our hospice programs. The role emphasizes analyzing markets, visiting referral sources, developing marketing plans, and providing outreach and education to communities.
