Event Operations Lead — AV & Guest Experience

Encore Global seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations with a focus on customer service, staff leadership and development. The role directly leads the technical team to ensure operational efficiencies and guest satisfaction at our venues. You will participate in location administration, attend event meetings, mentor technicians, and ensure AV equipment is set up, operated and stored securely.
