Coach and develop student‑athletes in strategy, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Oversee season planning, scheduling, and program communication. Maintain team discipline and uphold school and athletic department policies. Communicate effectively with parents, athletes, and school administration. Ensure the safety, supervision, and well‑being of student‑athletes at all activities. Drive team on Seton activity busses (requires online training, MVD background, and onsite vehicle orientation). Qualifications Prior wrestling coaching experience. Strong knowledge of wrestling fundamentals, training principles, and development. Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Commitment to the academic, personal, and spiritual growth of student‑athletes. Ability to support and represent the mission of Seton Catholic Preparatory. Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (required).
