In-Home Geriatric Physical Therapist with Telehealth
FOX Rehabilitation
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one geriatric care in Bound Brook, NJ, in private residences or Senior Living Communities through our Geriatric House Calls model. You’ll have autonomy to set your own treatment schedule, build lasting patient relationships, and optionally incorporate telehealth to expand access and continuity of care. Required: NJ PT license, degree from an accredited PT program, EMR proficiency, CPR certification, and a passion for #J-18808-Ljbffr FOX Rehabilitation
