You'll develop project scope documents and schedules aligned with client objectives and budgets, oversee execution through construction completion, and coordinate seamlessly between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. You are an individual who sees the big picture, acts decisively, and creates an energized, collaborative environment. Your ability to manage relationships will enable seamless conflict resolution and development of strong client partnerships. You'll manage large projects with meticulous attention to detail, track budgets & cashflow, coordinate vendor RFPs, oversee general contractor activities, negotiate favorable terms, and maintain comprehensive documentation and financial tracking.Required QualificationsAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience7+ years of relevant project management or construction management experienceProven ability to prepare, track, and manage project budgets effectivelyStrong understanding of technical requirements for business relocations and construction projectsHighly organized with strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact confidently at all organizational levelsDemonstrated ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, and work independently and collaborativelyProficiency with project management software including MS Project and ProcoreValid driver's licensePreferred QualificationsDirect experience in commercial real estate or corporate construction managementAccounting and forecasting experienceFamiliarity with architectural drawings, furniture specifications, and space planningTrack record managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced environmentsFlexibility with work hours and willingness to travel as projects requireWhat You Can Expect From UsWe're an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture where we succeed together.
