About The Role Burger King is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Loyalty to support the evolution of our loyalty program and help identify opportunities to increase guest engagement, retention, frequency, and long-term value. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Loyalty & Incentives, the role will support the strategy, execution, and optimization of key loyalty and incentive initiatives, including rewards, gamification, challenges, and other engagement mechanics. This role will contribute to the loyalty activation calendar by identifying opportunities to influence guest behavior, supporting testing plans, and using performance insights to continuously optimize the program. The ideal candidate combines strong interest in loyalty and customer engagement with an analytical mindset and the ability to translate guest behavior into actionable recommendations. Roles And Responsibilities Maintain the loyalty calendar and roadmap, ensuring rewards, incentives, gamification, challenges, and other engagement initiatives align with broader marketing priorities, business objectives, and guest needs. Support the development and execution of testing plans, including hypotheses, success metrics, and measurement frameworks, to evaluate reward constructs, incentive mechanics, and other opportunities to influence guest behavior. Leverage Snowflake, Amplitude, and other analytics tools to assess loyalty performance, transactional behavior, engagement, guest frequency, and retention; translate findings into actionable recommendations that improve guest and business outcomes. Coordinate with CRM, In-Restaurant Merchandising, Incentives, Analytics, Product, Operations, and external agency partners to deliver integrated loyalty experiences. Monitor program performance and industry trends to identify opportunities to improve the Burger King loyalty experience. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in loyalty, lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, promotions, or related disciplines. Strong understanding of loyalty programs, customer incentives, rewards strategy, promotional mechanics, and customer retention. Experience supporting initiatives designed to influence customer frequency, engagement, retention, and lifetime value. Ability to translate insights and hypotheses into execution plans, measurement, and optimization, with experience using customer behavior platforms such as Snowflake, Amplitude, or similar tools preferred. Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Experience collaborating with agencies or external partners is preferred. Background in loyalty, QSR, retail, ecommerce, hospitality, or other consumer-facing businesses preferred.
